A Smart Little Phone Store!
Smartphones and tablets really have become seriously awesome over the last few years, some are even darn right sexy to look at, sleek, chic, goofy, techy, minimal, clinical, colorful and monotone, they come in all shapes and sizes and cater towards absolutely everyone from kids to my nan. With that said I am a bit disappointed that mobile phone stores haven’t really developed as rapidly in terms of design over the past few years, but then again, every now and then a little gem pops up and we have featured some of these gems before, today’s feature project is another one those such gems.
The smartphone concept store is based in Croatia and was designed by Zagreb based designers Brigada. The store is very clean but not in minimalist or boring type way, it just has a lovely appealing flow and a light look to it, the ceiling feature has a lot to do with this as does some of the custom carpentry for the sales units, the use of the brick slip on the walls also add an additional textural element to the space, an element that helps to bind the whole design together wonderfully. All in all, as far as phone stores go this is a pretty funky one that certainly attracts us. Check out the images below credited to Domagoj Kunić.
